Hill Top in Sailor Floral

Originally inspired by a 1960’s pajama top the Hill Top has become a closet staple. Gender neutral by design with beautiful shell buttons. This year we decided to add a yoke and locker loop for easy hanging. The interior yoke and cuffs are patchworked with our Sailor Floral print so when you roll the wrists there is a little surprise. Pair with our Hill or Bay Pants in Earth or Sailor Floral. Lightweight and airy this top packs tight for adventures and is an easy everyday wear. We suggest purchasing according to your child’s true size and when in doubt size up. 

Produced in small batches with careful attention to detail in Baltimore.

Fabric: 100% Cotton. Hand dyed + hand block printed. Nuances in this hand dyed fabric are part of what makes each truly a one - of - a - kind.

The Hill Set Story:

There is a hill behind our house. It’s a magic hill where kids gather to build forts from old fallen trees and where imaginative play is fostered. Like the story Roxaboxen, by Alice McLerran, towns are built, stores are made, food is prepared, treasures collected and traded. Alive and bustling bodies in motion catching the wind on top of the hill and turning it into energy. It’s the place our kids run to when they get home and fall asleep wondering what tomorrow might bring. Therefore, we designed a set, The Hill Set, so that your kids can wake up, grab their shoes and a coat and bolt for their Hill in whatever form it may take (whether the Hill is a Hill or the Bed:)).
